Public Offer and Rules for Conducting the “Click bilan birga” Competition
Public Offer and Rules for Conducting the “Click bilan birga” Competition
1 General Provisions
1.1. These Rules constitute a public offer of CLICK JSC (hereinafter, the “Organizer”) and establish the terms for conducting the “Click bilan birga” user video competition (hereinafter, the “Competition”), the procedure for participation, determining the winners, and awarding prizes.
1.2. The Competition is dedicated to Click’s 15th anniversary. Participants publish short videos on Instagram Reels about their interests, activities, or achievements. No payment, transfer, or other transaction, purchase of goods or services, or registration in Click SuperApp is required to participate.
1.3. Publishing a video in accordance with these Rules constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Rules. Before publishing a video, the Participant must review the text of the Rules posted on the Organizer’s website.
1.4. Participation is free of charge. Winners are determined based on the number of views established by these Rules, without random selection. The prize fund is provided at the Organizer’s expense. Expenses related to creating a video and its optional promotion are borne by the Participant at their own discretion; the Organizer does not reimburse such expenses.
2 Information about the Organizer
2.1. The Organizer of the Competition is CLICK JSC, TIN 302 134 733. Legal address: 35A Salar Buyi Street, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Email address for Competition-related inquiries: info@click.uz.
2.2. The Competition’s official Instagram account is @clickuz. The full text of the Rules is published on the Organizer’s official website: https://click.uz/.
3 Territory and Timeline
3.1. The Competition is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All dates and times in these Rules are stated in Tashkent time (UTC+5).
3.2. Entries are accepted from the moment the launch announcement is published on the @clickuz account on 13 October 2026 until 23:59 on 6 November 2026. Videos published before the start or after the end of this period are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
3.3. The number of views for determining the winners will be recorded at 12:00 on 7 November 2026. The Competition results will be announced on 12 November 2026 on the official @clickuz page.
4 Competition Participants
4.1. Eligible participants are legally capable individuals aged 18 or older who reside in the Republic of Uzbekistan and have a personal Instagram account that meets the requirements of these Rules. Citizenship and having a Click SuperApp account are not conditions of participation.
4.2. Employees of the Organizer, persons directly involved in organizing or conducting the Competition, as well as bloggers and other authors who receive remuneration from the Organizer for publishing videos as part of the Competition launch, may not participate in the prize ranking. Their spouses, parents, children, brothers, and sisters are also ineligible to participate.
4.3. One person may publish several Competition videos; however, only one of their videos — the one with the highest number of views at the time the results are recorded — will be included in the prize ranking. One person may receive only one prize. Publishing entries from several accounts does not alter this limitation.
5 Participation Procedure
5.1. During the entry submission period, the Participant publishes a Reels video of at least 20 seconds on their public Instagram account about their activity, interest, hobby, or skill.
5.2. The video description must include the hashtag #ClickBilanBirga and a tag of the official @clickuz account. The video must use the campaign’s branded track.
5.3. The account and video must remain publicly accessible from the time of publication through 12 November 2026, inclusive, when the results are announced. During this period, the Participant must retain the required hashtag and tag in the description, must not delete the video, and must not restrict access to it. A video that the Organizer cannot view or verify will not be taken into account.
5.4. The Participant is solely responsible for the functioning of their account, the availability of the publication, the correctness of the hashtag and tag, and compliance with Instagram rules. Publications in Stories, standard posts, and videos on other platforms are not Competition entries.
6 Requirements for Competition Entries
6.1. The video must be the Participant’s original work. The Participant guarantees that they hold the rights to the images, sound, music, and other elements used, as well as all necessary permissions from persons featured in the video, including consent to its public posting and sharing within the scope of Section 9 of these Rules.
6.2. The video must not violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rights of third parties, or Instagram rules, and must not contain insults, discrimination, dangerous actions, or misleading material. If the Click interface is shown, the Participant must not disclose passwords, verification codes, full card details, or other confidential data.
6.3. The Organizer has the right not to take into account an entry that does not comply with these Rules, provided there are verifiable grounds. At the Organizer’s request, a prize claimant must provide information necessary to verify authorship of the video and compliance with the participation requirements.
7 Determining the Winners
7.1. The Organizer compiles a ranking of eligible entries based on the number of views displayed by Instagram for each Reels video at the time specified in Clause 3.3. If a Participant has published several eligible entries, the entry with the highest number of views will be included in the ranking. If a Participant’s entries have equal view counts, the earlier published video will be taken into account.
7.2. Paid promotion of a video in compliance with Instagram rules is permitted. Views obtained as a result of such promotion and included by Instagram in the publicly displayed view count of the video are counted on an equal basis with all other views. Payment for promotion is not mandatory and does not guarantee a win. The use of bots, automated services, artificial manipulation of metrics, and other methods that violate the platform’s rules is prohibited. If there are verifiable indications of such activity, the Organizer may request from a prize claimant publication statistics and information about its promotion necessary to verify the results. Failure to provide the requested information or confirmation of prohibited artificial manipulation constitutes grounds for excluding the entry from the ranking.
7.3. The three Participants who place first, second, and third in the ranking are recognized as winners. If two Participants have the same number of views at the boundary of prize positions, the higher position is awarded to the author of the video published earlier. The Organizer documents the recorded results and verification of compliance with the participation requirements.
7.4. If, due to a confirmed technical failure of Instagram, it is impossible to obtain comparable metrics at the specified time, the Organizer will announce a new single recording time through @clickuz before publishing the results. No other changes to the assessment procedure may be applied retroactively.
8 Prizes and Award Procedure
8.1. The prize fund consists of three prizes, one for each prize position:
– 1st place — iPhone 18 Pro Max, 256 GB, Glacier color;
– 2nd place — iPhone 18 Pro, 256 GB, Glacier color;
– 3rd place — iPad 11-inch (A16), 128 GB, Wi-Fi, Blue color.
8.2. On 12 November 2026, the Organizer will publish the usernames of the winners’ accounts and links to the respective videos on the @clickuz account and will send them direct messages from the official account. A Participant claiming a prize must respond within 5 (five) calendar days from the time the Organizer sends the first message.
8.3. To receive the prize, the winner must confirm their identity, age, and residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan and provide only the documents and information necessary to formalize the transfer and comply with legal requirements. The Organizer will agree with the winner on the method and place for receiving the prize. Personal handover at an address agreed with the Organizer is the preferred method of delivery. For winners residing outside Tashkent, the Organizer will arrange and pay for delivery of the prize. The prize will be transferred under an acceptance and transfer certificate no later than 30 calendar days after the Competition results are announced.
8.4. In the event of refusal of a prize, failure to confirm compliance with the Rules, or failure to respond within the prescribed period, the right to the respective prize passes to the next highest-ranked Participant who has not yet received a prize. The ranking will not be recalculated based on views obtained later.
8.5. No cash equivalent of the prize will be awarded, and the right to receive it may not be transferred to another person. Tax obligations arising in connection with the transfer of the prize and to be fulfilled by the Organizer as a tax agent will be fulfilled by the Organizer at its own expense in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The winner is not required to make any payment to the Organizer in connection with receiving the prize. The prize transfer will be formalized by the necessary documents.
8.6. If the specified prize models are unavailable for sale or cannot be purchased for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer shall have the right to replace the relevant prize with a device of equivalent or higher value and specifications. Such replacement must not adversely affect the winner’s position.
9 Rights to Videos and Personal Data
9.1. Exclusive rights to the video remain with its author. By publishing a Competition entry, the Participant permits the Organizer, during the Competition and the announcement of its results, to indicate the author’s account, post a link to the video, and share it using Instagram’s standard functions while identifying the author. Downloading the video and republishing it as a separate file, adapting it, or using it in other advertising requires separate agreement with the author.
9.2. For the purposes of conducting the Competition, the Organizer processes the account name, the link to the video, publicly available information about the publication and its metrics, correspondence regarding the Competition, and, in respect of winners, data necessary to establish identity, award prizes, and comply with legal requirements. The data are used for these purposes in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Organizer’s personal data policy.
9.3. When announcing the results, the Organizer has the right to disclose the winner’s account name, ranking position, and link to the Competition entry. The publication of other personal data and filming of the prize award are subject to separate agreement with the winner.
10 Final Provisions
10.1. The Organizer is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of Instagram, communications networks, or the Participant’s device that result in a video not being published on time or being unavailable for verification. If it is impossible to continue the Competition for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer will publish information about the necessary changes on the Click website and in the @clickuz account, while observing the Participants’ legal rights.
10.2. The current version of these Rules is posted at https://click.uz/ and remains publicly available for at least 6 (six) months after the end of the Competition. Material changes made after the start of the entry submission period will be communicated to Participants through @clickuz and will not apply retroactively to previously published entries if they worsen the Participants’ position.
10.3. For participation-related questions, a Participant may contact the Organizer through the official @clickuz account or at info@click.uz. In all matters not regulated by these Rules, the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies.
10.4. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, the Participant releases Instagram from claims related to the conduct of the Competition to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.5. After the Competition ends, the Organizer may send selected Participants a separate invitation to take part in the second stage of the project — the selection of Click UGC creators. The invitation is not a prize or a guarantee of further cooperation and does not depend on the Participant’s position in the view ranking. Participation in the selection is voluntary; its terms will be communicated separately to the invitees.
