Cashback is not awarded for transfers between cards.

 

Cashback for payments

Current cashback promotions for payments made through Click services in the "On-Site Payments" section, including "Invoicing" and the "Payments" section, for identified users (maximum possible amount indicated)*:

  • 2% for users paying with Click branded cards.
  • Up to 5% for mobile operator payments, 1% for utility bills, 2% for on-site payments, and 0.3% for all other payments for Premium and Click Subscription users (depending on the selected plan).
  • 5% when purchasing an unlimited (VIP) MTPL and CASCO policy in the "Click Auto" section.

Specific Cashback amounts are clearly indicated in the Click SuperApp or Telegram bot @clickuz interfaces. The operator reserves the right not to award Cashback for certain services/Providers included in the list above.

Important terms:

*If a user cancels a payment or submits a request to return a product or cancel a service, resulting in a refund, the payment can only be cancelled if the user has sufficient funds in their Click Wallet to refund the cashback received for that payment. Otherwise, refunding or canceling the payment will not be possible. In the case of a partial refund, the cashback amount paid for that payment is returned to the operator in the amount of 100%.

*Cashback is not awarded for payments made with corporate cards.

*Cashback is not awarded once the 200,000 soums per month limit is reached under the "Elite" plan.

 *When paying for services where the commission charged to users is less than 1%, cashback is paid in the amount of the commission.

* Cashback is awarded only for the first 100 payments for each service within a calendar month. If the number of payments made within a calendar month exceeds 100 for the same service, cashback will not be awarded for subsequent payments for that service until the end of the month.

* Cashback is awarded only to users with valid identification.

If the identity document used for identification expires, the identification is considered invalid. Cashback accrual resumes after re-identification.

 

Cashback Crediting Rules:

  • Cashback is only credited if payment was made online via the Click SuperApp or the @clickuz Telegram bot.
  • Cashback is credited to the user's CLICK Wallet within three days (72 hours).

Important: The maximum amount you can store in an unidentified Click Wallet is 5 BRV. Receiving a one-time cashback or cumulative cashback with a wallet balance exceeding 5 BRV is not possible. Cashback is not awarded to closed/blocked/inactive wallets.

 Opening a CLICK wallet is easy, free, and quick in any interface: in the CLICK SuperApp, in the Telegram bot, on the website, and even by dialing *880# if you don't have internet access.

 You can use CLICK Wallet to pay for over 3,000 services, and the list is growing daily.

Cashback is currently available for:

  • Click Premium users
  • Click Subscription users (except for the "Smart" plan)
  • Click co-brand card holders

 *Cashback is not available for certain services, regardless of whether you have a Premium account, Click Subscription or co-brand card.
