Unified instructions for setting up access via OneID

Before you start
To set up access, you will need either just a phone or a phone and a computer.
Choose the method that works for you.

Method 1: If you have only a phone

Step 1.
Download the myGov app, register, or log into your account.

Step 2.
Type mobile-id in the search bar and select the service “Registration of individuals via Mobile-ID.” Enter your phone number and the SMS code, click “Confirm via MyID”, and verify your identity with your face.

Step 3.
Download the OneID app, choose Login via MobileID, enter your details, and verify your identity with your face.

Step 4.
Select “Management” at the bottom of the app, check the box, click “Activate Service,” and search for Click.
Do you see a lock icon? If it is closed, Click will not be able to verify your identity. Tap it to “unlock” and activate access.

Method 2: If you have a phone and a computer

Step 1.
Prepare your phone

• Install the OneID app (Android / iOS).

• Log in via MyID.

Step 2.
Open the site on your computer

• Go to id.egov.uz.

• In the OneID app on your phone, tap the scanner icon at the bottom of the screen.

• Scan the QR code displayed on your computer.

⚠️ Important: use the built-in OneID scanner, not your phone camera.

Step 3.
Grant access for Click

• Go to “Data Management.”

• Find Click.

• Make sure the lock is open.

• If it is closed, tap it to allow access.

Why this is important

If Click access in the OneID system is closed, we cannot verify your identity for certain operations. Once you unlock the “lock” in settings, you ensure stable and fast app functionality without technical interruptions.
