OneID Setup: Access All Click Services

To enjoy unrestricted payments, transfers, and access to sections like "My Family," "Click Avto," and various government services through Click, you need to confirm access for our application within the OneID system.

This is a mandatory security standard: you personally authorize the system to use the data required to process your transactions.

Setup Instructions
For the quickest and most accurate activation of all features, it is best to have both a computer and a smartphone ready. However, if a computer is unavailable, everything can be done on your smartphone.

1. Prepare your phone

Install the OneID app (available on Android / iOS).
Log in using Mobile-ID (phone number) or MyID.

Tip: If you don’t have Mobile-ID yet, you can set it up in just a few minutes via the My.gov.uz app—it is very convenient and quickly resolves access issues.

2. Log in on your computer
Open the id.egov.uz website.
In the OneID mobile app, tap the scanner icon in the center of the bottom panel.
Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.

Important: Use the scanner inside the app, not your phone’s standard camera.

3. Grant access to Click
Once logged in, go to the "Personal Data Management" section.
Find "Click" in the list of organizations.
Check the lock icon next to Click.
If the lock is closed, click on it to activate access (unlock it).

Why is this important?
If access for Click is restricted in the OneID system, we cannot verify your identity to process certain transactions. By unlocking this setting once, you ensure the app works stably and quickly without any technical interruptions.
