1 General provisions
1.1. These Rules constitute a public offer by CLICK JSC to participate in the marketing promotion ‘P2P transfers at a reduced fee of 0.7%’ (the Promotion) and to receive a temporary benefit in the form of a reduced fee (the Bonus) available to Users who meet the eligibility requirements and are included in the selected group. The Rules set out the terms of the Promotion and apply together with the existing agreement for payment services in Click SuperApp. Participation in the Promotion changes the terms of that agreement only to the extent of the temporary benefit expressly provided for in these Rules. The procedure for accepting the offer is set out in clause 1.10.
1.2. The purpose of the Bonus is to make it easier to start using P2P transfers in the Click service and to encourage growth in the volume of transfers in the Click SuperApp application.
1.3. The Bonus is provided by CLICK JSC (the Organiser).
Taxpayer identification number: 302 134 733.
Registered address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirzo Ulugbek district, 35A Salar Buyi Street.
Telephone: +998 (71) 231-08-80.
Email: info@click.uz.
Official website: https://click.uz.
1.4. The Organiser manages the Promotion and ensures that the Bonus is provided in accordance with these Rules.
1.5. The Bonus is available to Users throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.6. The programme runs from 00:00:00 on 15 October 2026 until 23:59:59 on 15 January 2027, inclusive. The Organiser may suspend or terminate early the provision of the Bonus to newly selected groups in accordance with clause 5.1 of these Rules, while preserving the terms of Bonuses already granted to Users.
1.7. For each randomly selected group, the validity period of the Bonus runs from the beginning of the relevant period, rather than from the date of the User’s first transfer. The selection periods are: 15 October to 13 November 2026; 14 November to 13 December 2026; 14 December 2026 to 12 January 2027; and 13 to 15 January 2027. Each period begins at 00:00:00 on its first day and ends at 23:59:59 on its last day. The Organiser forms a new randomly selected group before the start of each period.
1.8. Each of the first three periods lasts 30 calendar days. The final period is shortened to 3 calendar days because of the overall end date of the Promotion. If the User first uses the Bonus after a period has begun, the benefit is available only for the remainder of that period; its end date is not extended.
1.9. All times and periods specified in these Rules are calculated according to Tashkent time (UTC +5).
1.10. The User’s confirmation of the first P2P transfer to which the Bonus applies, after being given access to the Rules and shown the fee, constitutes acceptance of this offer. Automatic inclusion in a selected group and provision of the benefit do not constitute consent to activate paid services, process data for other purposes or worsen the existing terms of service. Acceptance of the offer does not change the duration of the period specified in clauses 1.7 and 1.8. The Organiser ensures that records are retained identifying the version of the Rules made available to the User, the fee terms displayed and the fact that the transfer instruction was confirmed. The Organiser’s lack of such records does not, in itself, deprive the User of the benefit provided for in the Rules.
1.11. Users are selected at random to receive the Bonus. No fee is charged for participation in the selection process, and no tickets need to be purchased or bets placed. The User pays only the applicable fees for the transfers they make. The Bonus is funded by the Organiser and provided to promote the Click SuperApp service.
2 Promotion bonus
2.1. The Bonus is funded exclusively by the Organiser and takes the form of a reduction in the transfer fee. It does not involve crediting cashback, money or points to a separate User account. The benefit for a particular transfer is calculated as the difference between the fee applicable to the User without the Promotion and the fee after applying the Bonus.
2.2. When the Bonus is applied, the final fee for each P2P transfer covered by the Promotion is 0.7% (zero point seven per cent) of the transfer amount, except where a more favourable fee applies under clause 2.3. This is the final fee rate, rather than a discount to be deducted from the standard tariff. A P2P transfer means a transfer of funds from one bank card to another using the relevant service in the Click SuperApp application. The Bonus applies only to P2P transfers between bank cards of the HUMO and UZCARD payment systems: both the sender’s card and the recipient’s card must belong to either the HUMO or the UZCARD payment system. The Bonus also applies to transfers between the User’s own cards that meet this condition. The Bonus does not apply to transfers involving cards of other payment systems. The Promotion does not extend the range of transactions permitted under the main agreement and legislation.
2.3. The Bonus does not worsen the User’s existing terms. If a fee below 0.7% is available to the User for a particular transfer, including a 0% fee within the limit of an existing subscription or another benefit, that lower fee applies. The limits and rules governing the relevant subscription or other benefit remain in effect. Once its limit has been exhausted during the Bonus period, the 0.7% fee applies if it is lower than any other applicable fee.
2.4. The Bonus expires at the end of the relevant period. Subsequent transfers are made under the terms of service applicable to the User under their agreement and existing benefits, unless the User is included in the selected group for the next period. The fee for each transfer is displayed before the transfer is confirmed.
2.5. Expiry of the Bonus does not automatically activate any paid tariff plan or subscription for the User. The Bonus may be granted for the next period if the User is selected again under clause 3.3.
2.6. The Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to third parties or otherwise disposed of by the User.
3 Eligibility requirements
3.1. Individuals registered in the Click SuperApp service who have completed identification and have at least one active HUMO or UZCARD bank card linked to the application may receive the Bonus (the Users), provided they are included in a randomly selected group in accordance with section 4 of these Rules.
3.2. The general P2P service limits on transaction amounts and numbers of transactions specified in the User’s applicable terms of service remain in effect when the Bonus is used. The Promotion does not impose any additional limits on transfer amounts or numbers of transfers, any minimum fee or any surcharge on the 0.7% rate. The fee amount is calculated by multiplying the transfer amount by 0.007, subject to clause 2.3. The general published rules for rounding P2P service fees apply; the Promotion does not introduce a different rounding procedure. Rounding may not be used to impose a hidden minimum fee or an additional charge. Transactions that are not P2P transfers as defined in clause 2.2, including payments for goods and services and electronic wallet transactions, are not covered by the Bonus.
3.3. One individual is granted one Bonus in a selection period, regardless of the number of linked bank cards. The User may be included again in the randomly selected group for the next period, in which case the Bonus is granted for that period in accordance with clauses 1.7 and 1.8.
3.4. An unsuccessful, cancelled or refunded P2P transfer does not, in itself, terminate the Bonus or change the start and end dates of the selection period. In particular, an unsuccessful first transfer attempt does not prevent the User from using the Bonus for subsequent transfers in that period. This provision does not exclude the application of clause 5.6 where a breach of the eligibility requirements has been confirmed. Whether a fee is payable for a particular unexecuted, cancelled or refunded transfer is determined by legislation and the applicable agreement for payment services. If a fee is payable, it may not exceed the amount determined with the Bonus applied when the relevant instruction was confirmed. A refund of the transfer amount does not, in itself, mean that a lawfully charged fee must unconditionally be refunded; any excess fee is refunded under clause 5.9.
4 Selection of participants and provision of the bonus
4.1. The Bonus is provided to a randomly selected group of Users who meet clause 3.1 of these Rules. Inclusion in a previous group does not guarantee inclusion in subsequent groups. Making a transfer does not, in itself, guarantee selection.
4.2. The Bonus is activated automatically for a selected User from the start of the relevant period specified in clause 1.7. The reduced fee applies from the first P2P transfer in that period, subject to clause 2.3. First use of the Bonus does not change the period’s end date. No separate activation of the Bonus is required.
4.3. Information about the grant of the Bonus and the start and end dates of the relevant period is displayed to the User in the Click SuperApp application and in personal notifications. The User is given access to these Rules before confirming the first transfer to which the Bonus applies.
4.4. Before confirming each transfer, the User is shown the applicable fee rate, fee amount and total amount to be debited. The fee actually charged must match the information displayed when the transfer was confirmed and the terms of these Rules.
4.5. The Organiser may notify the User that the Bonus has been activated and that its expiry date is approaching through push notifications and other communication channels provided by the User during registration.
4.6. The time when the User confirms the transfer instruction in the Click SuperApp application determines whether the Bonus applies to a particular transfer. If the User confirms a transfer during the validity period of the Bonus, the fee rate and amount shown at confirmation remain in effect even if the transfer is completed after that period ends because of a normal processing delay. If an instruction is cancelled and a new transfer is confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of the new confirmation apply. Technical reprocessing of the same confirmed instruction without a new confirmation by the User is not a new instruction and does not justify charging the fee again. Verification uses the records retained by the Organiser of the instruction’s confirmation time and identifier; time is determined in accordance with clause 1.9.
4.7. The Organiser ensures that the Bonus applies to every successfully executed transfer that meets these Rules during the benefit period. The obligation to provide the Bonus is not deemed fulfilled merely because a notification has been sent or the period has expired if an excess fee was charged in error for a qualifying transfer. In that case, the procedure in clauses 5.8 and 5.9 applies.
5 Other terms
5.1. The Organiser may change the selection and Bonus provision procedures only for future selection periods, and may suspend or discontinue the provision of the Bonus to newly selected groups. Changes may not increase the 0.7% rate specified in clause 2.2 or remove the protection of more favourable terms under clause 2.3. Information about changes and their effective date is published on the official website and communicated to Users through the application before the relevant future period begins. Amendment, suspension or termination of the Promotion does not worsen the terms of Bonuses already granted to Users in a period that has begun, regardless of whether the Bonus has been used for the first time. Such Bonuses remain in effect until the end of the relevant period, except in the cases specified in clause 5.6.
5.2. The full text of these Rules is published with unrestricted access on the official website www.click.uz before the Promotion begins; a link to it is placed in the Click SuperApp application and in the Promotion’s advertising materials. Information about the Bonus may also be posted on Click’s official social media pages. The published Rules remain freely accessible for at least six months after the Promotion ends.
5.3. Information about the Bonus terms and these Rules is provided in the state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan and may also be provided in Russian and other languages. Advertising materials must comply with these Rules, including the fee, eligible participants and duration of the benefit.
5.4. The Organiser processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Click SuperApp’s current personal data processing policy. The Promotion uses lawfully obtained information necessary to verify eligibility, form the selected group, calculate fees, record the Bonus granted and handle enquiries. The volume of data and the processing period must correspond to these purposes. Where the applicable legal basis requires the User’s consent, the Organiser ensures that consent is obtained in a form that allows it to be evidenced.
5.5. Participation in the Promotion does not, in itself, give the Organiser consent to publish the User’s name, photograph or video recording, or to use the User’s data for other advertising programmes. If such actions are planned, their legal basis and consent procedure are determined separately. Refusal to allow publication of an image does not deprive the User of the Bonus.
5.6. The Organiser may refuse to grant the Bonus if the User does not meet the requirements of clause 3.1. A Bonus already granted may be cancelled where it is confirmed that false information affecting eligibility was provided, or that unlawful interference with the selection or fee application mechanism resulted in the Bonus being obtained or used improperly. Technical duplication of a Bonus is corrected while preserving one lawfully granted Bonus under clause 3.3. Repeat selection for the next period under clause 3.3 is not a breach. The Organiser records the grounds for its decision and the supporting information following verification. The reason and date of cancellation are communicated to the User in the application or in a personal notification no later than the time the benefit ends, except where disclosure of the relevant information is prohibited by law. The User may challenge the decision using the contact details in clause 1.3; the objection is considered in accordance with the procedure and time limit in clause 5.8. If an unjustified decision is reversed, the Organiser refunds the excess fee under clause 5.9. Cancellation applies to subsequent transfers and does not, in itself, justify increasing fees for transfers already executed or terminating the main service agreement. Separate measures to prevent fraud and other breaches are applied on the grounds provided for by legislation and the main agreement.
5.7. The User may opt out of further participation in the Promotion by contacting the Organiser using the details in clause 1.3. The Organiser records the opt-out and informs the User that the Bonus no longer applies. Until the opt-out is processed, the fee shown when the transfer is confirmed applies. Opting out does not terminate the main service agreement or remove the right to claim a refund of fees previously charged in error.
5.8. If a fee is believed to have been calculated or charged incorrectly, or to challenge cancellation of the Bonus, the User may contact the Organiser’s support service by telephone or email using the details in clause 1.3. The User provides information allowing their enquiry and the relevant transfer to be identified, including the transfer date, amount and identifier, if available. The absence of an identifier is not grounds for refusing to register an enquiry if the transaction can be identified from other information. The User is not required to disclose a card PIN, CVV/CVC code or one-time confirmation code for the enquiry to be considered. The Organiser registers the enquiry on the day it is received and provides the User with a registration number. Taking into account the information supplied by the User, the Organiser checks whether the Bonus applies, the transfer confirmation and execution records, and the fee actually charged. A reasoned response is sent within 15 calendar days of receipt of the enquiry; if legislation sets a shorter time limit, that limit applies. The response states the outcome of the verification, the fee calculation and, if an overpayment is identified, its amount and the refund procedure.
5.9. If it is confirmed that a fee exceeding the amount payable under these Rules was charged, the Organiser ensures that the excess amount is refunded no later than 5 working days after the error is confirmed, unless legislation sets a shorter time limit. An overpayment identified by the Organiser is refunded without requiring a separate application from the User. The refund is made to the User’s card or bank account from which the fee was charged. If a refund using those details is not possible, the Organiser requests alternative bank account details belonging to the same User through a secure channel, verifies the User’s identity and ensures that the refund is made within 5 working days of receiving details that can be used for the refund. The User is notified of the reason why the refund cannot be made and the actions they need to take within the original refund time limit. Crediting an electronic wallet instead of refunding a bank account is permitted only if the User separately chooses that option. No refund fee is charged to the User. The Organiser arranges interaction with the bank and other settlement participants; the internal allocation of responsibilities is not grounds for refusing to consider the User’s enquiry or for treating a refund as completed before the amount is actually credited. Refund of an excess fee does not constitute a refund of the P2P transfer amount itself, terminate the Bonus or change its validity period.
5.10. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for compliance with these Rules to the extent established by legislation. A technical failure, communication disruption or third-party action is assessed in light of its causes, its connection with the performance of obligations and the measures taken by the Organiser. Such circumstances do not, in themselves, release the Organiser from correcting a confirmed fee error. Where a transfer temporarily cannot be executed, the safeguards provided for in the agreement and legislation apply; termination of the programme does not cancel Bonuses already granted in circumvention of clause 5.1.
5.11. The provisions of this section do not release the Organiser from obligations and liability established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or restrict the User’s right to seek protection of their rights.
5.12. In all matters not covered by these Rules, the Organiser and Users are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.13. These Rules apply throughout the programme period specified in clause 1.6. If the programme is terminated early, the Rules continue to apply to Bonuses previously granted until the relevant period ends, and, in respect of the performance of obligations and handling of enquiries, until those matters are completed.
