Click Up is the most popular fintech application in Uzbekistan

 From April 28 to May 12, 2023, AFS Research conducted Brand Health Tracking research, the purpose of which was to determine how well known the brand is, what reputation it has, what associations it evokes and how these indicators change over time.

Who did we ask?

The respondents are men and women aged 18-55 living in various cities of Uzbekistan (Andijan, Bukhara, Karshi, Namangan, Samarkand, Tashkent, Urgench, Fergana). The total number of respondents surveyed is 2001 people.

 

 

According to these studies, Click is the most frequently mentioned brand among payment systems - in-depth knowledge of the Click brand was 64% of respondents. Spontaneous and induced awareness of the Click brand is a combined 91%. The experience of using (at least once) the Click Up application was 67%. This is the highest figure among all market participants named by users.

A clear confirmation of these studies can be found in data on downloads of the Click Up application from the Google Play Market. In September 2023, the Click Up application became the most downloaded among fintech applications in Uzbekistan (Finance No. 1). The number of downloads of the Click Up application on Google Play Market has exceeded 10 million. The number of Click users has exceeded 12 million.
