Rules of campaigne

1. 1. Name of Campaign

Pay via CLICK, get your up to 2% cashback and a chance to win a 250 000 soum UNG PETRO card

2. 2. Campaign organizers

CLICK Ltd payment organization (hereafter CLICK Company)

3. Campaign Participants

3.1. Any individual can take part in the Campaign, if:

3.1.1. Participant has a smartphone with iOS or Android OS.

3.1.2. Participant uses CLICK Evolution application.

3.1.3. Participant has opened a CLICK-Wallet.

3.1.4. Participant pays for fuel at UNG PETRO stations via CLICK Evolution application, USSD-command or @clickuz Telegram-bot. (detailed information).

4. General period of Campaign

4.1. General period is 4 weeks (00:01 29.03.21 till 23:59 25.04.21). Campaign is divided into 4 steps. The winners are determined based on the results of each step. Campaign is run at UNG PETRO petrol stations network (67 branches, according to included list).

4.2. Steps of the Campaign:

• 1 step: from 00:01 29.03.21 till 23:59 04.04.21.
• 2 step: from 00:01 05.04.21 till 23.59 11.04.21.
• 3 step: from 00:01 12.04.21 till 23:59 18.04.21.
• 4 step: from 00:01 19.04.21 till 23:59 25.04.21.

5. The order and the method of Campaign

5.1. After buying a petrol at UNG PETRO stations (67 branches) and making a payment via CLICK Evolution application or @clickuz Telegram-bot each Participant receives a cashback in the amount of up to 2%.

5.2. The cashback at the amount up to 2% will be added automatically to CLICK-Wallet.

5.3. The cashback will be added automatically within 72 hours after the actual payment.

5.4. The payments of Participants are registered to form a list of Participants.

5.5. The winners are determined on 5, 12, 19 and 26 April 2021, by selecting from the payment list according to the random number generator lizaonair.com or randstuff.ru. The ceremony will be broadcasted at CLICK official pages at Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories. The time of the broadcast will be informed additionally. The record of the broadcast will be published at the official platforms of the Organizer.

5.6. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours after the completion of procedures stated at by phone call to the number provided at CLICK registration.

5.7. The winner will be invited to the CLICK office at: Uzbekistan, Tashkent, M.Ulugbek district, Salar Nab. Str., 35A

5.8. The numbers of winners can not participate in the following steps of Campaign.

5.9. The results of Campaign will be published at official pages of CLICK (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).

5.10. The prize fund consists of the following prizes: "UNG card with a face value of 250,000 soums". The Prize cannot be given in cash or be replaced with another Prize.

6. The rights and obligations of Campaign Participant

6.1. The Participant has a right to:

6.1.1. Learn the Campaign conditions at any convenient way

6.1.2. Participate in the Campaign in accordance with the present rules.

6.2. The Participant is obliged to:

6.2.1. Fulfill the conditions of the present rules and other conditions of the actual legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, related to the current issue.

6.2.2. The Participant’s taking part in the Campaign states his/her full awareness and agreement with the present rules.

7. The rights and obligations of the Organizers of Campaign

7.1. The Campaign Organizer has a right to:

7.1.1. Prolong the Campaign or finish it earlier, Change the rules of Campaign at any time, placing an appropriate information at https://click.uz/ or notifying by CLICK Evolution application, also at social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).

7.1.2. Campaign Organizer keeps the right to enter additional technical and organizational limitations to prevent fraud in the Campaign. In case of determination of any fraud action from any Campaign Participant, his prize will be cancelled and the Participant can be removed from Campaign participation. The Organizer evaluates the level of fraud in accordance with present technical abilities and the present legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.2. The Campaign Organizer is obliged to:

7.2.1. Provide a cashback to a Participant who fulfilled the conditions of the Campaign, stated in the present rules and to add to the list for the UNG card winner determination.

8. Campaign Organizers’ contacts

8.2. Organizers respond to imcoming messages from particpants within 1 working day from the date a message is received, from Monday to Friday.

9. Other conditions

9.1. The Organizers of Campaign are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses of Participant related with his/her participation in the Campaign, including those that are resulted because of failures in telecommunication and energetic networks, actions of maleficent softwares, unscrupulous actions of third people directed to obtaining unsanctioned access or/and disablement of software or/and hardware complex of Campaign Organizers, and also force majeure conditions. The Organizer of Campaign is not obliged to compensate any losses in such cases. The Organizers of the Campaign does not compensate any expenditures of Participant, including expenditures for internet access, phone and others, that may occur in the process of participation in the Campaign.

9.2. In cases, when contact information, which may be requested to be provided in the process of disputable situation solution or in the process of participation, contains personal information in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, such information may be used only in this Campaign purposes and the Participants agrees to it during acceptance of the Campaign conditions, and it will not be provided to any third party not related to this Campaign, except cases which are clearly stated in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9.3. Participating in the Campaign the Participant expresses his/her full agreement to his personal information processing by the Organizers (namely: family name, given names, phone number, email, delivery mail address) exclusively with the purposes to provide the operation of the Campaign in accordance with the present rules. Participant’s personal information can be processed by the Organizers exclusively within the period, necessary to provide the operation of the Campaign, but not more than 2 months from the moment the personal information is provided. The following processing actions can be taken to the personal information of the Participant: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storing, clarification (renewal, correction), extraction, usage, depersonalization, blocking, deleting, extermination. Participant can call back his agreement to his personal information processing by addressing by letter to info@click.uz.

9.4. All disputable questions, regarding this Campaign, are regulated on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
