How Click’s Anti-Fraud System Protects Your Data and Funds

Click places the security of users’ data and funds as an absolute priority. Account and transaction protection is maintained continuously and developed across several areas, taking into account that fraud schemes are constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated.

One of the key elements of this protection is the Anti-Fraud system — a set of technological and organizational measures designed to safeguard funds even in cases where fraudsters manage to obtain access to a user’s data.

The system starts working at the stage of user identification in the Click app. Identification of an individual is an official identity verification procedure during which the system checks the user’s personal data and biometric parameters, including facial images, against government databases. After successful identification, the app essentially “remembers” the user by linking the account to a specific person and device. This feature is free of charge and available to all Click users.

If a user decides to connect a second device, the system requires additional Face ID verification. Only after successfully passing this check does the new device gain access to all Click features. This ensures that even when changing smartphones, account protection remains intact and the risk of unauthorized access is minimized. Even if fraudsters somehow gain access to an account, they will not be able to use the core functions of the service.

An additional layer of protection is applied at the login stage. Click uses multi-factor authentication: in addition to a login and PIN code, a one-time password sent via SMS to the user’s phone number is required. Without access to this phone number, logging into the account is impossible. Moreover, when a new device is added, the user immediately receives an SMS notification, allowing them to react quickly and block access if necessary.

It is impossible to bypass this protection system using photos or video recordings. Biometric verification combined with anti-fraud logic creates a complex and virtually impenetrable barrier for scammers.

If a user has any concerns or simply wants to review the list of connected devices, they can at any time open the Click SuperApp, go to Security → Trusted Devices, and remove any unnecessary or unknown devices. Removing a device instantly revokes its access to the account, further strengthening the protection of funds and personal data.
